Want to know more about our events and initiatives?
LLSN membership is open to all Masters and JD students at Melbourne Law School, and LIV Young Lawyers and Student Members from other institutions.
Each year the LLSN elects an Executive consisting of:
As well as the following Committee Members:
Final Year Representatives
2nd Year Representatives
1st Year Representatives
The number of positions on the Committee may vary depending on General Membership size and number of successful applicants. All Melbourne Law School students are welcome to become LLSN members.
Student Representatives are integral to the LLSN, as our eyes and ears on the ground. They relay the concerns, ideas and needs of the cohort back to the committee to help shape our policies.
Representatives reach out to their cohorts to spread awareness about our initiatives and listen to the needs of their classmates.
We work collaboratively! Student Representatives have the opportunity to substantially contribute to developing LLSN initiatives and coordinating events.
If you'd like to bring a particular skill to the committee, we're happy to hear about it!
Time Commitment: on average 2.5 hours per week.
The Later Law Students Network (LLSN) will manage your information and membership according to its constitutional rules and University policies and procedures. The data that LLSN collects is for contacting individual members and verifying our membership. Any personal information gathered is managed following the principles of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
A member may opt-out of membership and be removed from the LLSN mailing list at any time by sending a request to email@example.com
